Data monitoring: data collection and exception handling, real-time display of data during the tightening process, including tightening torque, tightening angle, process time, whether it is qualified, etc. Multi curve display, capable of monitoring the entire tightening process and reducing rework costs caused by tightening failures such as floating locks and slipping teeth.

Data storage: Up to 8 sets of Pests can be set, recording 5 tightening curves and 3000 sets of tightening results.

Adjustable tightening downforce: To meet the application requirements of different materials and tightening strategies, different downforce devices can be set according to different working conditions to meet the corresponding pressure requirements.
