Small knowledge on using electric screwdrivers

1. Please read the screwdriver user manual carefully before use and use it according to its specifications.

2. The locking frequency of a regular motor is set to 4s/1 screw (including ON0.5s/OFF 3.5s), locking 900 screws per hour and 7500 screws per day. The locking frequency of the Swiss motor is set at 2.5s per screw (including ON0.5s per OFF 2.0s), with 1440 screws locked per hour and 12000 screws locked per day.

3. The torque range of 45% -75% is suitable for using this model, and it cannot be overloaded with 80% torque for long-term use.

4. The torque corresponding to the torque scale is for reference only. Please refer to the torque testing machine for actual torque.

5. When using, do not directly adjust from the lowest torque to the highest torque or from the highest torque to the lowest torque, as it may cause the clutch ball and torque pin to fall off.

6. Before use, tighten the fixing ring (or torque sleeve) of the screwdriver. The two ends of the power connection wire should be symmetrical with the socket holes of the power supply and electric screwdriver, and tighten the nut of the power connection wire.

7. The internal parts of the screwdriver should not come into contact with grease or other corrosive liquids.

8. Auxiliary tools (such as a crane or suspension spring) should be used to vertically lift the screwdriver to avoid excessive tension on the power cord.

9. For the effectiveness of maintenance and repair, please protect the serial number and warranty card of the screwdriver.
